Villa Rental Agreement

1. GENERAL CONDUCT

Guests must maintain respectful behavior at all times. Any violent, disruptive, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

2. VISITORS & RESPONSIBILITY

Any external visitors must be approved by management. Guests are fully responsible for all persons they bring into the property, including their actions and behavior.

3. LIABILITY WAIVER

The property owner and management are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or disputes occurring during the stay. Guests accept full responsibility for themselves and their visitors.

4. SECURITY & PERSONAL SAFETY

Guests are responsible for their own personal safety, belongings, and conduct during their stay. Any damage caused will be charged accordingly.

5. NOISE & COMMUNITY RULES

Guests must respect quiet hours and neighborhood peace. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may lead to intervention or removal from the property.

6. DAMAGES

Any damage to furniture, equipment, or property will be assessed and charged to the guest before checkout.

7. AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION

By filling the eCheck-in Form and ticking the agreement box, guests confirm they understand and accept all terms and take full responsibility for their stay and accompanying persons.
